Prince’s Island Park is a beautiful urban park found in Calgary. It’s on an island in Bow River, and the perfect place to go to if you want to be one with nature. 

Quick history fact: it was named after Peter Anthony Prince. He’s the founder of the Eau Claire Lumber Mill.

The park is around 20 hectares, with a lot of green and open spaces for you and your family to enjoy. The park is usually open from 5 in the morning to 11 at night, which is typical of national parks.
