Some healthy sources include poultry, fish, beans, dairy products, eggs, and meat. So make sure you have some of these on your grocery lists.

Conditioning after shampooing can help keep your hair soft and more manageable. There are options where you can buy a separate conditioner or find a shampoo with built-in conditioner. 

Evenly distribute it throughout your hair and leave the conditioner on for around two or three minutes before fully rinsing. 

4. As much as you can, dry your hair naturally. 

Excessive styling can damage your hair. So try to limit using a blower or styling iron.
