One of her standout techniques is the “anchor” technique. It involves associating a particular feeling or state of mind with a physical trigger. This approach provides clients with a tangible tool to access calm whenever needed.

One person with PTSD shared how they used an anchor technique to manage anxiety triggers. By touching a specific point on their wrist, they could quickly access a sense of grounding and calm. 

However, we were disappointed that she doesn’t offer an after-session support. Regular check-ins to help clients maintain progress between sessions would be a welcome addition.
