Glamorgan Bakery is a friendly little neighborhood bakery, offering an abundance of beautifully crafted pastries.
This family-owned establishment is extremely popular for their cheese buns, but the donuts come in a close second. They have plenty of flavors to choose from, but you can’t beat a classic glazed donut, which is our top favorite.
That said, the other flavors are still worth the try. On that note, we recommend ordering the assorted donuts with one dozen inclusions so you can try three of their top flavors: glaze, chocolate glaze, and chocolate glaze with sprinkles.

What we like most about Holy Cow is their unpredictability. We say this because they change their donut flavors every month, so you never really know what you’re going to get unless you go to their store.

The bakers at Beebop Doughnut Shop are absolute artists! Each flavor is so beautifully crafted that it almost makes us feel bad when we take a big bite out of one.
However, that feeling immediately fades as soon as we get to taste it. Because of the combination of satisfying flavors, we couldn’t help but devour every donut we get our hands on.
The standout choice for us would be the solstice. It’s made with strawberry and whipped cream – a deadly combination anyone with an affinity for baked goods won’t be able to resist.

You haven’t tried the best of Calgary donuts without getting a piece from Hoopla Donuts. They have quite an interesting assortment of flavors ranging from classic options to innovative delights.
The former includes Boston cream and our personal favorite, the earl grey. On the other hand, flavors like horchata crunch, pumpkin spiced latte, and churro totally changes the game.

While their specialty is cake, Pretty Sweet’s wide variety of donut flavors are the real deal. Additionally, they have pretty exciting flavors that would make anyone with a sweet tooth go crazy.
That said, people with a love for sour things would also enjoy some of the goodies here. Though certainly not Warheads-candy-level in face-puckering flavor, sour watermelon and sour cherry blaster are very much worth the try.
The ultimate standout flavor for our team, however, is the birthday cake oreo.
Anyway, no matter which flavor you pick, you can also choose from 3 different donut sizes with the biggest one measuring a bit over 3 inches in diameter.

They change their flavors weekly, so you’re guaranteed fresh new items every time you visit. Surprisingly, they’ve managed to offer various exciting flavors each time, including houjicha, Viet coffee, and Thai tea.

Ritual Doughnuts went from this quaint spot in the city to an exciting gem that would have unexpected pop-ups every now and then.
While we’re not exactly thrilled that we won’t be able to order from one of our favorite donut shops in the city, it’s quite thrilling to watch out for anytime they whip up something new.
Their menu is different every time, so it’s something to look out for. Their most recent batch included Halloween-inspired flavors.
The one that stands out the most is the skin of a killer, Bella. We know diehard Twilight fans will agree! It’s a tasty sweet treat filled with strawberry and glazed with vanilla.
The best part? It’s topped with enough edible glitter to put Edward Cullen to shame.

True to its name, Wonder Donuts does indeed offer a delectable array of wonderful flavors. Only having started in March 2023, they’ve already garnered a lot of satisfied and loyal patrons – including us!
Needless to say, this stylish donut shop knows how to make its way to the top of the local dessert scene.
We’ve tried plenty of flavors and two clear winners emerged as our favorites: the grizzly bear (grizzly bear shaped donut with your choice of filling) and fantastic éclair.

Their cinnamon sugar and lemon jelly are the absolute must-tries. However, the coconut heaven is also a guaranteed slice of heaven.
