Easy access to Crowchild and Deerfoot trails makes commute in/out of Downtown core reliable. Views of mountains, big open sky and also two sections of the Bow river give the unit a luxury feel. Most affordable apartments in downtown Calgary due to age of building. MacDonalds, Tim Hortons, Subway, Circle K, and Moxie’s Sports Bar all on the same block, with train stop across the nearest intersection. Management is very kind and available through out the week – onsite laundry room has more than enough machines, and a pool/fitness centre. Parking available attached to building below. All that being said, the best part of of living here are the friendly neighbors, who unlike most of Calgary, are very approachable and kind.”
