“Smash and grab. I’ve heard the phrase but I only really understood what it meant when my car was broken into this week. If the sting of having to replace all your cards, licenses, etc. didn’t hurt enough, there’s a huge gaping hole in your vehicle as well.
The day after, I did some calling around and Dominion ended up being the best quote. They were a little far away from where I live, but came recommended. I decided to replace my windshield at the same time as there were two cracks in it and I hadn’t had to replace it yet in the six years I’ve had the vehicle (almost unheard of in Calgary).
They were very friendly, did delivery/pick-up from the LRT station and did a great job. They also not only vacuumed the broken glass out of my vehicle but also the floors and cleaned out some of the garbage too (oops).
