The only weak point of their business I can think of is their business hours. They only operate on weekdays, the days when most of us work. This might cause busy people to find a business that they can visit during weekends.

I was very impressed when I discovered that Apex Cleaning Supplies has own-label products. This is a great milestone for them, considering that they’ve been in this business for just over a decade.
They formulated their products to be eco-friendly and high-performance cleaning materials that can eliminate even the toughest stains and odors. Based on customers’ feedback, they’re true to their words.
But to verify if they have excellent own-label products, I ordered their gallon-sized pet stain and odor remover. I was really impressed with how it removed the strong dog odor on our sofa that other products failed to do.
Aside from their own-label products, they partnered with Truck Mount Forums to offer more items to their customers. This is beneficial for consumers, as TMF is a well-known brand that helps many businesses maintain the presentability of their stores.
Lastly, what most people appreciate them for is their fast delivery. You can receive the items you ordered as quickly as less than 24 hours.
However, they don’t have a physical store. They only sell products online. This might discourage people from buying, as they’re unsure if they will receive quality products.

What’s nice is that they offer discounts, especially to their frequent buyers. I found this out through one of the customers we spoke to during our visit.
For cleaning items, they sell a range of restoration cleaning products. They have a graffiti remover, mold-resistant coating, and more. These products are great for the properties’ sustainability.
Last but not least, I like that you can lease cleaning equipment from them. This helps a lot if you don’t have the funds to purchase the equipment that you really need to use.
I was only concerned with some of their customers’ comments about their customer service. Some of them felt that there were times when their staff were not enthusiastic enough to assist them. Luckily, I didn’t experience this during my visit.

“I have a second hand chair that has “S” rated fabric. I tried to get it cleaned by professionals but they wanted more than what I paid for it. I went to Clean Spot and spoke to Rob and Scott who were more than helpful! I was looking for a product which cost less than $10. I purchased that, but they suggested another product that they gave me as a small sample. I tried it the way they suggested and it worked remarkably well. I had quotes anywhere from $150-$250 to clean and even considered recovering it. Now I feel I basically cleaned this chair for free as I will use the product I bought. If you’re still cautious about COVID-19 and looking for a business that sells complete products for it, Topline Sanitation has plenty of supply. I was looking for face shields for quite a while, and fortunately, they also have them.
I love that they also sell replacement parts for cleaning equipment. This is nice as it allows you to recycle your item that is not fully broken. Aside from that, the most important thing is that you don’t need to spend a lot of money if you just need a piece.
Additionally, customers whom I spoke to speak highly of their customer service. From the always-smiling staff who greet people to attentive assistance, their customers are satisfied with how they are served.
Lastly, most of the customers stated that their products have fair prices. To understand what exactly this means, I asked them to elaborate on it. The common answer that I get is that they believe the cost aligns well with the item’s quality and quantity.
However, they’re another company on this list that is closed every weekend. This is a huge loss for one of the best cleaning product suppliers in the city.
