Calgary Translation Services’ 24/7 customer service is a huge plus, especially for people like me who can only deal with errands after work hours. I appreciated being able to call them in the evening and still speak to someone.
During our phone conversation, the staff asked me to choose between online and in-person consultation. That caught me off guard (in a good way, of course). The flexibility and accessibility are pretty awesome.
In terms of what they offer, they can translate documents from 11 industries, including e-commerce and legal.
What impressed me most is their ability to translate websites. They have proficient SEO translators who know the importance of not compromising the original keyword when translating non-French websites.
It’s not a service that I’ve seen a lot while looking for good French translators in Calgary.
That said, some of their former clients I spoke to expressed disappointment about their no-refund policy. They will charge you regardless of whether the service is completed or not, which is understandably a dealbreaker to some.
